Deactivate a reconciliation
If you no longer use a reconciliation, you can hide it from view by deactivating it.
Note: This function is only available to user accounts that have been granted the role 'Reconciliation/Manage'.
Click the reconciliation and uncheck the Active checkbox:
Save the changes and the reconciliation will be removed from the hierarchy.
To display the inactive reconciliations in the hierarchy, click the Show Inactive Reconciliations button in the Manage Reconciliations tab on the ribbon. If 'Show' is enabled the button has an orange background. Click the button again to toggle the status to 'Hide'.
